‍Some of your key responsibilities

• Analyze the mobile app market, focusing on competitors and emerging trends.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new business opportunities to expand the company’s portfolio, including the acquisition of iOS and Android mobile apps.
• Explore additional market opportunities, such as websites, web apps, and Chrome extensions.
• Initiate discussions and negotiations with asset owners, defining the most effective contractual arrangements (e.g. asset sale, joint venture).
• Conduct due diligence during negotiations to ensure asset quality, legal compliance, and risk assessment.
• Manage and update the company business plan, forecasting cash flows for potential investments.
• Support the CEO in preparing documentation for fundraising with banks and PE/VC funds.
• Assist the executive team during negotiations and post-acquisition integration.
• Lead development projects related to new business initiatives.

The selection process

We’ll start with a CV screening, to check how your experience and skills match the role.

Next, there will be a behavioral interview, where we’ll get to know your working style and past experiences.

You’ll then be asked to complete a technical exercise.

Finally, there will be a business case interview, designed to evaluate your analytical and reasoning abilities.
