Business Development Analyst
As a Business Development Manager at Space Mushrooms, you will:
- Analyze the mobile app market, focusing on competitors and emerging trends
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize new business opportunities to grow the Company portfolio, through the acquisition of iOS and Android mobile apps• Explore new market opportunities, including websites, web apps, and Chrome extensions
- Initiate discussion and negotiation with asset owners, including the identification of the most effective contractual arrangement e.g. asset sale, joint-venture
- Conduct thorough due diligence during the negotiation phase to ensure asset quality, legal compliance, and potential risks
- Manage the company business plan, to predict future cash flows for investments
- Support CEO in preparing documentation for fundraising with banks and PE/VC funds
- Assist the executive team during negotiations and post-acquisition processes
- Lead development projects for new business initiatives
