Some of your key responsibilities

• Machine learning models: Utilize advanced machine learning tools to develop models that predict core KPIs, supporting more informed decision-making across business domains.
• Infrastructure development: Develop and enhance backend systems to automate processes such as data management, analysis, and reporting.
• Automation and attribution: Automate data processing tasks across multiple platforms and design systems to attribute data effectively to different sources and channels.
• Collaborative growth: Work closely with cross-functional teams—including product, engineering, and marketing—to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive growth.
• Continuous improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to continuously improve analytics practices and outcomes.

Who you are

• Curious and motivated, with a genuine interest in data science and its applications.
• Familiar with Python, SQL, or similar tools for data analysis and modeling.
• Comfortable working with datasets, identifying patterns, and interpreting results.
• Able to approach problems methodically and pay attention to detail.
• Eager to learn from feedback and improve continuously.
• Capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues from different backgrounds.

The selection process

We’ll start with a CV screening, to check how your experience and skills match the role.

Next, there will be a behavioral interview, where we’ll get to know your working style and past experiences.

You’ll then be asked to complete a technical exercise.

Finally, there will be a business case interview, designed to evaluate your analytical and reasoning abilities.
