  • Identify and engage external partners (agencies, freelancers, or specialized providers) whenever additional expertise is needed to support product development.
  • Continuously monitor product quality, user experience, and key performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.

  • Hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high level of ownership and autonomy.
  • First-class devices and tools to support your work.
  • We combine flexibility with collaboration. We work in a hybrid model with three office days per week, while giving you the freedom to choose which days work best for you.
  • We believe great teams are built beyond day-to-day work. That's why we regularly organize team events and off-site activities, from dinners and workshops to team-building experiences, to strengthen relationships, celebrate achievements, and enjoy spending time together.
  • Benefits: €1,000 annual welfare budget through Coverflex, €10 daily meal vouchers, and supplementary private health insurance.
  • Competitive compensation: for this role, the salary range is €34,000–€40,000 gross per year, with the final offer based on your skills and experience. The package also includes an annual performance-based variable bonus, awarded as a percentage of your base salary.
