Some of your key responsibilities
  • Test apps before release, following detailed checklists to catch bugs and ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Verify paywalls, monetization flows, and event tracking within the apps.
  • Set up and check A/B tests (e.g. Superwall) to support product and monetization experiments.
  • Upload and verify assets such as screenshots and marketing creatives.
  • Review and approve user-generated content, such as sticker packs (Whatsticker) or watch faces (Buddy Watch).
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to highlight issues, reproduce bugs, and ensure they’re fixed.
  • Spot recurring issues through user reviews or analytics, and help the team address them.
  • Support some operational tasks (e.g. updating campaign spend), with the goal of automating them in the future.
Who you are
  • Detail-oriented and precise, with a sharp eye for spotting inconsistencies.
  • Familiar with mobile apps and how they work.
  • Curious and eager to learn new tools and workflows.
  • Reliable and consistent in carrying out tasks with high accuracy.
  • Motivated to contribute to product quality and help deliver the best possible experience to millions of users.
  • Comfortable collaborating with different teams and communicating clearly about issues and improvements.

The selection process

We’ll start with a CV screening, to check how your experience and skills match the role.

Next, there will be a behavioral interview, where we’ll get to know your working style and past experiences.

You’ll then be asked to complete a technical exercise.

Finally, there will be a business case interview, designed to evaluate your analytical and reasoning abilities.
